Team coaching helps to decrypt situations, to take a step back to develop and express a common vision, to build together a sense of action, and to untie the knots that hinder collaboration.

The resources and tools used by Zénon & Co. during the coaching of a team are varied, and can include :
- Process Communication and its applications to team dynamics and effective interactions
- Appreciative Inquiery, which aims to identify and amplify the talents and resources needed to lead transformations.
- Musical workshops, which allow participants to work on listening, cooperation and leadership in an intuitive and physical way.
- Supervision of codire or comex meetings, and the use of delegated roles and scoping tools
- Retrospective and vision-building workshops
- Individual coaching sessions to supplement the work done collectively

Individual Coaching by Zenon&Co
Zenon Coaching accompanies executives and entrepreneurs through 10 individual sessions of 1,5 hours, every 3 weeks. Whenever appropriate, a personalized profile inventory may be realized and used during the coaching process, based on the Process Communication Model ("Key-to-Me").
