Laure Neuville Helfgott
Laure Neuville Helfgott runs her own company Zenon&Co, accompanying organisations and executives in their transformations, through individual coaching sessions, team coaching programs, and dedicated trainings.
She is also a Violinist, conducting music workshops in order to help executive teams understand how they cooperate and communicate. In these workshops, the participants get the opportunity to explore new ways to create together, to find their rhythm, and to develop their listening and leadership skills. As an Affiliate Professor at ESCP Europe, in the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Executive Department, she teaches soft skills, change management and coaching. She graduated from ESSEC Business School in 1996, and started her career as an executive in large organizations (e.g. Kering, Société Générale), as well as in start-ups (e.g. Aucland, Nabab). In 2005, she launched a marketing agency with Patricia Van der Avoort in Brussels and served many FMCG's in their direct marketing campaigns. In 2012 changing gear, she certified as a business coach (HEC). She has worked and lived in France, Belgium, Italy and Spain, and speaks four languages. Philippe Cherrey
Philippe Cherrey completed ingeneering studies and started his career as an operational director in the tech industry. Changing gears, he joined a consulting firm, Julieth Sterwen, as an associate director. He certified as an executive coach at HEC in 2012 and often collaborates with Zenon to coach and train executive commitees, teams and invent innovative trainings.

Gabriel Ferrari
A passionate, talented and multi-faceted jazz musician, Gabriel is a drummer, trombonist and pianist. He regularly leads improvisation workshops with Zénon & Co, and willingly passes on his experience and passion for Jazz. He currently accompanies various formations: Aka Unit, Christophe Geoffroy trio, Anetta Morozova Quartet, Ron Meza Big Band, Big Band GPSO, SUPERNOVA. He is also developing his own jazz laboratory by regularly inviting artists for public jam sessions in the 9th arrondissement of Paris.

Karine Maneval
After more than ten years' experience as Communications Director at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Bank, La Française AM and Crédit Agricole CIB, Karine Maneval has chosen to use her skills to create her own agency.
On the one hand, Karine uses her creativity and expertise in communication to better understand the constraints, identify her clients' expertise and the challenges they face in order to propose communication strategies adapted to their needs. On the other hand, convinced that it is the quality of relationships that leads to operational efficiency, Karine has trained in Executive Coaching (HEC Certification and Process Communication) to support executives, managers and organizations in their change process. |
Pedro Alfaro
Pedro is a cellist, and a team coach certified by IDDI in Madrid.
He runs his own boutique "Musical Thinker" and has already animated more than 200 musical workshops for many major companies in Spain. He also conducted a TEDx conference demonstrating the power of music through an event with 1000 non-musicians. His passion for music as well as his talent for coaching and animating groups and teams are contagious! Together with Laure Helfgott, he created a methodology of Coaching through Music, that they have already experimented in many organisations. |
