Indeed, at all stages of their project development, entrepreneurs must present their project, convince people with a wide variety of profiles, adapt their behaviour to interlocutors and situations, overcome crises and conflicts, work effectively in team, stimulate constructive criticism and foster creativity... so many skills that are sometimes cruelly missing, even though they have a major impact on the life - and survival - of the project.
"Soft Skills for Intrepreneurs" is an entrepreneurial skills development program. It allows you to take a step back, to develop your talents and skills, and to see from a new perspective situations and challenges that arise on the road to becoming an entrepreneur. The group adds to the richness and impact of the program by providing support, connections, ideas, and challenge.

The "Soft Skills for Entrepreneurs" certificate allows you to develop entrepreneurial skills:
The training is structured around 8 days over one semester, supplemented by 2 individual sessions, which allow you to apply your new resources in real project situations in a very concrete way and to enrich the group with your feedback. The sessions are based on group and individual exercises, conferences, co-development sessions, feedbacks and experimentations.

Process Communication Trainings
The Process Communication Model is a very interesting and powerful tool aiming at improving our ability to communicate, accept and leverage diversity, detect and manage stress, and to quickly establish efficient interactions in project teams.
