Coaching through Music
What is it?
Zenon & Co develops innovative workshops of "Coaching through Music" in order to develop agility, resiliency, and collaboration in turbulent and unpredictable environments.
These sessions help participants to distance themselves from their usual environment and see the bigger picture: How do we communicate? How do we lead our projects? What makes our collaboration and our creativity easy or difficult? How do we explore and use individual talents and expertise? How do manage limited time and resources?...etc. Your sessions of "Coaching through music" will be tailor made, depending on your objectives and situations, and may include one or several of these ideas:

Why Music?
.Music is a universal language, involving Head, Heart and Body. These sessions are a very efficient and intensive way to boost soft skills in your team: listening skills, agility, verbal and non-verbal leadership, creativity, ability to cope with uncertainty,..
It also helps participants to (re)discover their talents and creativity, and to open new possibilities that they didn't even think about. Last but not least, the pleasure, pride and cohesion springing from these activities tend to create a very appropriate energy for change. How?
The participants plunge into the world of artistic creation, are invited to innovate together, with limited resources and time, and using all their talents and skills.
Feedback sessions after each workshop enable participants to express and assimilate their experiences and emotions. We usually combine these music workshops with other coaching methods and activities, through seminars of 2 or 3 days, and following up with dedicated activities in smaller groups, during 6 to 12 months, in order to accompany organizations and teams in their transformations. The seminars and workshops are animated by certified Coaches, and Professional Musicians. |
Soft Skills Trainings and Team Coaching
Zenon Coaching develops soft-skills training for Entrepreneurs and Executives in order to help them enhance their creativity, resiliency, leadership, cooperation and ability to deal with conflict and crisis.
The training workshops are based on collective and individual exercises and feedback, practical implementation of theoretical insights, case studies, and co-development sessions. These sessions can also include an extensive practice of the Process Communication Model PCM, in order to provide individuals and teams with useful and powerful communication tools. |
Process Communication Trainings
The Process Communication Model is a very interesting and powerful tool aiming at improving our ability to communicate, accept and leverage diversity, detect and manage stress, and to quickly establish efficient interactions in project teams.
Process Communication trainings will include a personal report for each participant, a presentation of the model, and many exersises, simulations and real plays.

Group Coaching for Entrepreneurs
From February 2017, Zenon Coaching conducts monthly coaching sessions for entrepreneurs.
"Pilotes" is a group of 6 entrepreneurs having launched their start-up or independent activity: lawyers, consultants, finance experts, fashion brand, caterer start-up, or service providers.... all willing to develop their skills, challenge each other, and create a motivating and enriching group of peers.

What is professional coaching?

Individual Coaching by Zenon&Co
Zenon Coaching accompanies executives and entrepreneurs through 10 individual sessions of 1,5 hours, every 3 weeks. Whenever appropriate, a personalized profile inventory may be realized and used during the coaching process, based on the Process Communication Model ("Key-to-Me").
