Dealing with Uncertainty... through Music!

Last week, Zenon Coaching had the opportunity to animate music workshops for 12 managers of a large industrial organization, from every countries.
They had to compose an original piece of music, with limited resources, real instruments, with unclear and changing objectives, and in a short period of time... The result was great, and they enjoyed it!
They demonstrated much more creativity than they thought, and were able to express feelings and values in a very intense and thrilling way!

The second workshop gave them the opportunity to conduct the orchestra, unvealing their non-verbal leadership, and their ability to enroll and empower their teams.
