Last week in Paris, Zenon Coaching had the opportunity to animate a Music & Coaching session for 22 managers from a large company. They have been invited to compose music together, creating 2 original pieces of music, with limited resources and a short time limit. The objective was to better understand and feel the team dynamics when it comes to innovate and invent new concepts from scratch.
What did they get from the activity?
DO: "We have to start DOing sooner. Beginning immediately with some tests and prototypes, and then enriching them with new ideas and feedbacks"
LISTEN: "We have all the necessary talents and resources we need, just around us. Let's listen to them carefully and let the best ideas and melodies emerge."
PLEASURE: "The pleasure is a fantastic indicator of what is a good idea and what is not, as well as a powerful driving force to implement the good ideas. Let's use it more often!"
The conclusions and benefits of these Music & Coaching sessions are different for each team and individual, depending on their history, environment, issues, and activities....
